Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Frames
Place your glasses, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, back into the protective shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid return shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
