How long will it take to receive my order?
For non-prescription sunglasses and frames, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For prescription lenses, please allow 7-10 working days as our opticians custom-craft each pair in our French workshop.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.
Can I use my own prescription for the lenses?
Absolutely. You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, or if you don't have it handy, you can finalize your purchase and email it to our customer care team later.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage.

You can visit any of our physical boutiques for a free professional adjustment. If you aren't near a store, most local opticians can perform minor adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
